For more than two decades, I've been helping people navigate change, build connection, and create meaningful experiences — across more than 40 countries, multiple continents, and countless cultural contexts.
After leaving corporate America, I built a life and career across borders — living, working, teaching, and consulting internationally. Along the way, I discovered that regardless of geography, industry, or culture, people want the same things: meaningful connections, a sense of belonging, and experiences that help them grow.
Today, I help organizations create those experiences at scale — by design, not by accident.
